My colleague said 'like a French car' all looks very good, but nothing works!
Room is controlled by a tablet computer that constantly crashes leaving the TV volume at maximum or the lights on!
Novel and unique ideas, but needs an IT specialist on site to fix the place.
Staff friendly, helpful and English speakers. Room was clean, water was hot.
Used the lobby as a meeting area, it was well designed layout for everyone.
Computers and printer in lobby for guest use.
