My wife's car failed to start after she finished work, 2 days after it had been serviced. So after meeting with her as it was late at night.I called Green Flag.

Shortly after I got a text saying it would take 60 minutes for someone to arrive. 10 minutes later I get a call from the person coming to fix the car -- Paul Mort, he says he will be with us in 10 minutes time. He arrives very friendly chap. Jumps straight to the problem gets the car started up.

Then with the backstory in mind tells me that the car had likely had the power switched on without the engine while being serviced then jump started off the ramp with the hope that it being ran would charge up the rest. He even gave me the print outs from his diagnostic tools to take to Vauxhall to show the battery and alternator were in a good state and that they had put us in that situation.

Very happy and gives me confidence to renew my membership when it comes time to doing so.
