After reading the Mission Statement and Departmental Purposes, I can say without a doubt that the Mission Statement and Department Purposes are NOT being followed by our local DA's office. It is such a shame when justice is not there first priority. So many people are afraid to stand up because if repercussions that might happen. The office would rather ruin a person's life, because they can. Instead of giving justice. I've seen it happen more than once to 2 totally different people. Makes me scared of what could happen to me, if I were to ever need justice. I have documentation to back me up. People who are innocent cannot afford to fight. If anyone wants me to show them, I would be more than happy to. Because documentation,that proves innocence , doesn't matter if you can't afford to fight. The county office will still go after you. It's not innocent until proven guilty, it's now guilty till proven innocent. I'm just a regular public person. An everyday Joe. But I know right from wrong. I can tell when a person is being treated unfairly and unjust.
