I had went because my PCP sent me over there for back, hip, and knee pain. My first visit to this office was horrible, every one acted as if i was interfering with there day and they were all cold heart, emotionless, poor bed side manner, no one would listen to anything i had to say, the PA was so busy he didn't even stay in the room long enough for me to ask question or even tell him anything. I was there for three hours and i arrived early, hoping to get done on time.
On my second visit there i had to have an MRI done. The guy who was to do the test was a completely ass. He never smiled, not polite, There for i was very uncomfortable in being a room by myself with him. Which set me off on a panic attack. So i refused to do the test and they get got verbal aggressive with me telling me that it will be over 30 days because they are going to have to sedate me, which was a complete lie. He was just being mean. I call my health insurance company and placed a complaint with them and i also reported it to my PCP. Every one needs to know how these people are, We do not deserve to be treated like this especially when your sick or hurt. I will never go to this office ever ever again.
