Ken was friendly and understood my vehicle issue and gave me same day repair. Since mine was an unscheduled appointment the wait time was bit long. But I understand that does not happen all the time. Pricing was fair for other vehicle issues.I did use the service coupon ;). Chevy of Jersey City is my first choice for any issue related to my 2009 Chevy Impala. I rely 100% on them to keep it in good running order. Highly recommended to anyone looking for any kind of repair to their prized Chevy vehicle
