On the day of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the train on the way back was not moving, so I evacuated to the lobby. Most of the shops were closed and it was pitch black in the city. There were many people with the same idea, and the lobby was full. Since some other hotels did not accept refugees returning home from the earthquake, we cannot forget the hospitality of the evacuees being served blankets and drinks and regularly broadcasting train operation information. Thank you very much for your help at that time.
