glitchy website. Non existent customer service. I tried booking this hotel on their website (after calling and being told booking department had gone home for the day.) As I browsed through rooms the website kept defaulting to the first room and date I had viewed. After some time I believed I had booked a room for the next night with a king bed-- got a confirmation and a charge to my credit card. On the drive to the resort I notice an e-mail stating that my reservation had been canceled. (Not my doing.) I tried calling at least 5 times during our drive to Georgia and the line was busy every time. I finally ended up booking a different hotel. But guess what wasn't canceled? The CHARGES for the room on my credit card. I have now called 2 times to get the charges resolved and got a voicemail the first time and a call back later message the second time. Unacceptable customer service.
