Pls find some other company who is care abt custom...

Pls find some other company who is care abt customer.
It is very hard to deal with this people.
I bought used topping cabinet with 14 days linted warranty soon i got unit.I plug in, it was work fine for 48 hrs and than temperature start going up so i called company and they said we can find local person to check and if is minor repair under $500 you can repair it we will give you credit for that bill. so they call for me and find local technician in my town. when technician came to check unit he found its leak in conditioner and it cost over $1000 to repair so i call back and sales person also called that guy who come check units and they decide to bring back and pay me fully refund include the bill for that local technician.once they got unit they said it works fine so we wont refund fully we will take 25% for restocking fee also buyer need to pay return shipping as well . so it means i have to wait over a month still i don't get my freezer repair and finally i have to buy new topping cabinet freezer and lost my money also.
It was my first time exp to buy from this company but never want to buy anymore items
