Our time at Sterling McCall Acura was not perfect....

Our time at Sterling McCall Acura was not perfect. We thought they might fit into a typical car dealership when we left. The problem was, the vehicle we were interested in needed a SD card in order for the navigation to work. It was not there and could not be found. They called us about an hour after we left asking if they promised to order one for us, would we agree to purchase the vehicle? We agreed it was as acceptable and went back to sign the documents. All is well now. We are thrilled of our purchase and want to thank them for not fitting as a typical car dealership. Derek (our sales rep), and Fadih ( the manager), and Jaime (the finance guy) were all top notch awesome. THANK YOU!!!
