Valet not helpful at all. I had to carry my own bags and was ignored when I returned my vehicle to be checked in. I had a room with a loft which was not cleaned well. It appears that high dusting/ cleaning is not done at all. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast buffet was very good. The afternoon cocktail hour was enjoyable as well. I ve stayed at many places in the past and unfortunately you should consider lowering your rating. The views of the falls is beautiful but that shouldn t be the only reason for rating your facility as 4 stars. I would not recommend my friends to stay here and I wouldn t return either.
