Overall the experience was much more difficult then necessary, from the finance manager to the sales manager, it left something to be desired, lacked communication with salesman (all 3) or vice versa. Not sure. Process seemed to be deliberately delayed.

However our salesman was excellent, never felt rushed and was very personable, and knowledgeable. I would return but only because our salesman, John Paletti was awesome. I hope next time we need a car that he will still be around.
