Service in a service oriented business should be just that. Today they failed. Walked in around 1pm to a somewhat empty location. Seated then forgot about for 20min. Went to desk and asked if there was a problem. Said she would send someone right over another 10 min.went buy .no one came over we got up and left .it was only then we saw someone. It was too late went elsewhere. Perhaps that's why it was empty at lunchtime...
