As a renter we have been with Bay Area Property Management Company for almost 10 years and although I have had my ups and downs with them over the years, when I was out of work in 2008 and was in a difficult position financially David came through. I will never forget that. I am thrilled with the online pay system instituted in 2015, they send me a monthly reminder with a link to pay. I also have it linked to my checking account no additional fees are deducted. I am also pleased with the maintaince link. Brett is on it, most small things are covered and the maintenance company comes out within a few days. On the larger things they contact the owner and work with him.
