They ruined Christmas this year.... hope you get your act together and don't make more children cry. What maniac changed the traditional unbelievable Christmas light show at this beautiful hotel. Families from the local area made this a part of there Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday dining which management spoiled. When you get your act together we will dine there again. You should be ashamed.
I felt foolish when my friends a party of 6 adults and 6 children from out of town out walked in. I have bragged about this wonderland place during the holiday season which your company destroyed. I spoke to a few people that work there and recognize me from all my visits. They stated privately and politely, " this was a big mistake." I'm sure thousands were disappointed. WAKE UP GRAND GENEVA
I told my family from out of town not to come when I came home. Your company took part of the fun out of Christmas, >WHY< Who ever was responsible for the changes should be terminated.
