Service advisor Raul Mendez III is a grade A con man who I'm sure makes Mercedes of pompano a lot of money; attempted to rob me for a rediagnosis after
1. The lady I scheduled with told me the rediagnosis was going to be free of charge
2. Lied to my face about a previous diagnosis through omission of info that the car needed an oil leak repair when brought up no company records could be found. yet I have the papers which he told me personally to ignore when I brought them up as I was exiting the door the first visit
3. Previous visit the recommend course of action was both the service B and an oil change a double charge as an oil change is part of the service b which luckly my other mechanic told me
4. Ignored and didn't confirm the reduce oil level light that I mentioned originally resulting me to question what they did the first time I brought it in and they held it for multiple days (brought it in with the light and showed it to them personally the second time) ok now they believe me

5.Don't believe I will ever come back as no other service advisor seem to be allowed to help me when I called to just find out the price of an oil leak repair

I would like to point out that I reactived my google account solely to post this; hoped for something better from the actual company whose car that I trust to drive in.
