Really bad experience: they are always under staff...

Really bad experience: they are always under staff and the process to order is a mess. They don't plan the stock and after being at the pub for 30 min when you want to order the food they say that the kitchen is closed. And 4 families without food. Not customer oriented whatsoever. This has happened twice. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
