We had both AC and Furnace replaced by Boehmers/Cronin Emery.
I was contacted by Michelle by email to setup an appointment at our convenience. This was confirmed via email and very pleasant telephone confirmation.
Lisa, the Residential Sales Consultant was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained the various options available and answered all our questions.
The installation crew , Alex, Jon and Brock, arrived on time, introduced themselves and immediately started work. The installation was completed in a very professional manner with attention to details, and all wires and cables are neat and tidy. All areas were completely cleaned up. A complete system walk through was provided and everything explained, leaving me with no questions to ask.
