Pros: Polite front desk staff, helpful concierge, ...

Pros: Polite front desk staff, helpful concierge, comfy bed. Cons: Grimy tub, busted TV, woken up by drunken revllers at 3am, super rude breakfast lady who accused us of trying to "steal" buffet breakfast.
