Unfortunately I have been in hospital with my dad for two months .... and I must say that I was surprised to say the least the poor organization of the hospital bar in Reggio Emilia 8 staff no one who greets you or looks at you in the queue because two they lose themselves in chatter to the pizzas after 20 minutes in a row to pay I had to wait for Mrs. Laura c to finish preparing the pizza margherita to be baked ... the non-professionalism of this place is embarrassing ... always dirty tables and unwatchable floor. .. I speak as a professional I have been a bar restourant manager for 32 years and I don't know who is in charge of these but certainly not professionals ....
