Very unprofessional caller operator I don't know how big institution hire such people who don't know how to treat customers i called for admission query and she asked me to contact on other number and hung up the call. If your admission department is separate so directly mention that number/extensions on the page and learn to resolve people's query if you are unfortunately hired for that post.
