Purchase HTC bolt with a manufactured defect and it's been over 4 weeks and they keep saying to call back and making promises they can't keep.
I been a loyal HTC customer since the EVO 3D and it looks like they have been cutting cost lowering their quality since then. I wanted to buy the NEW U11 but the way they been treating me i might just have to switch to another brand or even an IPhone because I haven't even had my HTC Bolt for 2 months when It failed on me. Not happy; you would think they cared about there reputation and/or their customers but they don't.
