Stay was good. Kids play area and pool are also good.

I have requested for a late check out on the last day. The receptionist agreed a late check out with a half day pay which was 600,000IDR. Later they agreed my check out time as 9pm with same rate.

But when i came to the reception at 8pm for a check out they wanted to charge me full day rate saying that i have stayed more hours. After an argument they said they can only agree for a 50% payment and they charged me 800,000IDR saying that that is room rate on that date. It took more that 45min for the check out. As i was delaying for my flight i had to agree for the payment. I never expected this from a reputed hotel like Mercure. I have stayed in mercure Abu Dhabi, Netherlands before and it was a pleasant stay always.

I will always have to rethink if i ever had to stay in Mercure Ancol again.
