When I got the DaVinci IQ2 vaporizer, I was torn between reading the instructions, watching a youtube video or just calling customer service to help me figure out how to deal with this vaporizer. I decided to just call the source of the product since they were the ones who know best after all. There were a lot of things I had to learn, like managing the temp and how to clean out the ceramic oven. Thankfully their guy (Hector) was more than helpful everytime I called. He taught me how to work the vape to my own and even answered a few of my stupid questions. Thanks Hector I really appreciate the help :]
