We have checked into this hotel after traveling all day to not have a remote for our television. It's me my husband and our 4 year old son. Please imagine a 4 year old whose been traveling all day with no means of entertainment for an entire hour. We are still sitting here looking crazy waiting for a remote control for the television. What kind of hotel doesn't ensure something as simple as a remote control for the telelvision is inside the room?!?!? This has really turned into the worst experience ever! First time in Tampa and we will never stay at this hotel again. These hotel staff members can't even get us something so simple as a remote so we can relax after a long days travel. I've called downstairs 3x and still nothing to show for it.
Now it's Saturday morning. Come to find out we were only stocked with 2 towels and 2 rags when we booked for 3 guest. Why not supply us with everything we need ? So no biggie right? Called down to the front desk for another rag and towel 30 mins ago now. I had to call a second time to see just how long it's going to take to get something as SIMPLE as a rag and towel!!!!! Something we should have already had and shouldn't have to wait for.
This place service needs some real upgrading !
