Very pleasant resort, what differentiates the W from other resorts in the area is that is the customer service!! it all starts with the W lounge at the seaplanes terminal, refreshments are served there while checking in. The whatever/whenever team will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!! Their fabulous overwater villa s are truly marvelous and they provide top of the notch service 24/7. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the manager of the property is absolutely involved in your experience with hands on the daily operations. The breakfast can be used as a spg platinum amenity or a nice welcome gift is another option as well. The in-house reef is one of the best in the area. Well done W.
