A Joke! Doesnt even deserve the one star, worst service I have ever experienced.
Went a few years ago and it was bad, said I'd never go back.
Decided to give it another shot, bad decision.
Get there, its so quiet, we get seated, 15 minutes later someone comes over and asks if we have ordered a drink, we hadn't so she took our order.
10 minutes later she walks past and goes, ill just go get your drinks now, then 10 mins after they arrived, not happy already at this point. When she puts the drinks down she walks away, then comes back and goes oh are you ready to order,.thankfully another member if staff had already noticed we had been there a while and took our order, food took about 25 mins to arrive and it was freezing cold, we ate our food tho as we had been there a while, and put or plates to the side, waiting for them to be cleared and maybe rectify the bad situation with a cheeky dessert! We waited 30 minutes, nobody came, loads of staff but no-one to be seen, apart from.our supposed server who took the drinks order, who spent the whole time staring out the window and looking over at us but doing nothing, we eventually asked a young lad for reciept as we had enough of the shocking service and miserable attitudes of nearly all the staff, except one girl who was running round trying to deal with everybody in a different section, who noticed us and asked if we were OK, we said we just wanted to pay and get out and she took it upon herself to sort it out for us, this was also the girl that took our food order, when our server couldn't be bothered! Suffice to say its most definitely not worth a third chance.
Shame we didn't get names.
Having worked in the serviceand hospitality industry for most of my career I know whats good and bad and apart from this one girl it was absolutely appalling! Spoke to a few people outside who all agreed!
