Visiting car salesmen in general can be daunting and stressful. Visiting Prestman Auto and having Clifton as a sales manager is a different story entirely. After being ostracized, the entire duration of my time at the dealership, I am left wondering how this guy even has a job. I came in knowing the type of vehicle I wanted (2013 highlander) ready to trade my current truck (2014 ram). All I got was a wasted afternoon and a new outlook to the depth of snobby behavior. I would not recommend wasting your time as I did with someone who feels that he is better than you. There are plenty of other dealers willing to listen and make for a positive experience. I honestly cannot fathom why they are so highly rated on google. If you look at all the 1 star reviews, people have explained in depth the shady nature of this company (which I discovered today to be true). I feel more than fortunate to have avoided buying a branded title car with such a disgraceful company.
