I moved to a new place mid-August and two days lat...

I moved to a new place mid-August and two days later received a FULL MONTH'S BILL! I paid it because I had to. SHAMEFUL. I signed up for e-billing immediately. I thought this full bill was for part of August and September. I received no bill (via mail or electronic). October, I received a disconnect notice. I was told I received the bill, which I had not. Really? This is pathetic. No one could do anything but blame me for not opening my September e-bill (which I never received). SHAME ON YOU. Also, customer service, if you are going to whisper to your friend while you are on the line with me, make sure to cover up the phone receiver (that's the part you speak into). I also requested that they come out and check the line (I don't think the water is turned on completely because my water pressure is super low). Four requests later, NOTHING. NOTHING. MORE NOTHING.
