I bought my new GM at Capital in June of 2018 and ...

I bought my new GM at Capital in June of 2018 and traded it in to a completely different dealership in August of 2018 so I no longer had to deal with them.

Everything was great and exciting until the deal was made on the GM, and then their customer service ended. At no point moving forward did I feel like a valued customer. I could never reach my salesperson... even before I received my new car.

It seemed that the absolutely most important thing to them was receiving a good review... and even after having an incident that other dealership owners were appalled to hear of, they still asked me for a 100% good review.

There were a few great people at the dealership... that does not go unnoticed, Ebin (not my salesman, but very helpful), Mike (finance) and Melanie (service)... thank you for all your great customer service.

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I should have trusted my gut feeling that I had immediately after making the deal and cancelled it. They do not stand by their products, and in the very short period of time that I dealt with them, they took no responsibility for any of the problems, and were quick to place the blames elsewhere.

Volume sales are king here... if you want customer service, I would recommend going anywhere else.

When I did (go elsewhere) , after GM offered nothing to me, I received a fair trade in value for this vehicle and have zero regrets!
