Terrible management, they asked for support during...

Terrible management, they asked for support during lockdown when the gym was 100% closed. Many like me did. Now they provide half of the services charging the same price (120 a month) and offering 79 to new members who did not support the, during the pandemic. What a terrible behavior, I am disgusted. They are making it impossible to cancel as well (sneaky).I most definitely will not support the, during the virus again. Be careful before signing, they are sneaky and just trying to squeeze you with no respect nor gratitude.
Not their fault that some services are not available but if they offer 79 to new member they should have the decency to do the same to existing ones that supported them. The law states that if services are not maintained as per contract customer should receive compensation. They are even avoiding cancellation request.
