The staff was rude and acted as though it was a pain to provide basic service. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely rude and did not care about helping any of us at all. We were not helped with bags at check in or check out because they were overbooked with bus tour groups. The hotel did not have enough staff for all the booked tours so all the individual guests were not helped at all. We made multiple trips with bags. No one would give us a timeline on when help would be available and no one offered to help us when the buses were loaded. We called down to room service and asked for a corkscrew and they actually asked us if he could bring the bottle to the kitchen to be opened. When he questioned this they grudgingly agree to bring it. I would not stay at this hotel again.
