We had the equipment installed 12/15 and less than 4 months later the doorbell completely died. I called customer support and they told me I needed to spend $35 to have a technician come out and assess the problem. I asked that if the doorbell was the issue did I still need to pay the $35 since we have had the doorbell less than 4 months and was told yes. I wish we NEVER signed up with this company and now we are stuck with them for 56 months!
