Stay away! It s always something with this dealer. I have been leasing a Honda since 2016. The first few regular maintenance visits were great, but as time went on it became more of a painful process. My visit on 10/22/18 was probably the absolute worst. After I arrive for my oil change and inspection I proceeded to wait for work to be completed. The work was completed in about 45 minutes. The advisor came to tell me that my car was ready and pointed to a car outside. The car was not mine...

Second, the advisor tells me both my air filters are in poor shape . I then ask, how old does the air filter say or appear to be? He tells me that it is the original and that they have verified that in their systems. However, I explained that I changed the air filters in July and have pictures and dates to prove it. The advisor says, oh well anyway they said it s dirty .

Third, I had a new tire replacement in August and when that was completed by another company, all my tires were rotated. The advisor says they haven t seen my tires rotated in months...but offered to add the paid service.

In summary, I highly recommend going to another dealer. The nickel and dime aspect gets old. It s from each of the advisors. I have had several and each one seems to be confused on what my lease package includes

Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else...
