I ve bought many cars through many dealers over the years. I ve also dealt with many salesman, finance managers, sales managers, etc. Terrance - my salesman - is the most knowledgeable salesman that I ve ever had the privilege of working with. Terrance is a subject matter expert. He was fully aware of all available features between all different variants of the Honda Civic. His knowledge on the operation of all features and technology is extensive. Hands down, the best direct sales experience I ve had thus far. Dealing with the sales department of Honda of Frisco was superb. I asked for the best price and was given their best price. There was no wasting time with unnecessary negotiations. This may not seem like a big deal, however, after having dealt with numerous sales departments through many purchases; this was refreshing. The finance department was excellent as well. My finance manager, Youness, was very personable, honest, and was more than willing to accommodate my request. Once again, negotiations were forthright and extremely fair. This car buying experience is the 2nd best experience that I ve ever had - second only to Mercedes-Benz.
