We bought a certified pre-owned Flex from TB&S last year and have had problems with the power lift gate and were completely missing a seat recline handle. It took multiple visits over several months to get these issues fixed. Every time we were told something was ordered it took way longer to get a call that the part was in than we were told. On one occasion I had to call and ask and found the handle still hadn't been ordered. We were charged twice for the same service (re-initializing the tail gate function.) We were finally reimbursed for that after multiple complaints. The thing that leaves the worst impression is that my wife and I have now received several phone calls begging us to change a previous bad review of the service received! My father had a very similar experience with his brand new Edge he purchased at this location. This leads me to wonder how many of their good reviews we coerced after they'd already provided bad service?!
