online system is fine
I am referring to their lack of phone service and how long the wait times have been. The couple times I needed to talk to someone I called in during non peak times and waited for 45+ minutes.
I am sure there are people calling in but surely there is a better system than having people wait with no idea how long it will be until the next agent picks up.
Disappointing service in that regard
I fully expect to receive the generic response "we receive a lot of calls" just like they do for all the other people. Try fixing the issue instead of keeping things the way they are, because they suck now.
