A nice hotel with a fine sandy beach. But a few things spoil the overall experience: traveled as a couple and had two single beds with castors and a huge column of visitors. At the front desk they said they would take care of it - the solution was a continuous thin sheet over the single beds, which didn't work.
Tiled floors are laid in all the corridors and there is a fairly large gap at the door of the room, so you can hear every movement in the corridor incredibly loud, every conversation, every suitcase that rolls by, the cleaning staff. And it goes on all the time.
There was a constant unappetizing smell of sewage in the bathroom.
The staff has problems understanding both German and English and brings the wrong drinks after ordering or they produce the wrong things at the buffet - instead of asking. In most cases the food was very bland.
The red flag was hoisted on 5 out of 7 days, the wind was so strong that you weren't allowed to go into the sea. The only pool was not heated and therefore cold.
The used toilet paper should be thrown in the garbage can and not in the toilet - the rooms are only cleaned every two days. All in all the vacation was ok, but not more. The 5 * rating is not entirely understandable, because design is not everything. And that was the only thing the hotel could really score with, and not in all areas.
