If I could give zero I would. They never resolve any issues. I have brought in my old garage key to exchange it (does not work). They told me I am not authorized to pick up the new keys. The fact that I have the key in my hand that means I am authorized to get the replacement key. The house is under my husbands name, we gave them the authorization as soon as we moved in, however they have misplaced it or did not enter and did not offer any other solution to resolve their mistake. Unprofessional and zero customer service.
