I had a similar experience as another poster on here. They do not help you with anything at all, and when I ask them questions everyone treats me like I'm stupid. I am an online student, so I do not have the luxury of being able to go on campus and receive help. I have been trying since January 2016 to receive my grant money, and they refuse to help or give it to me. I am living on my own, and have bills to pay. I was supposed to receive extra money from my grant and scholarship, but I have ended up having to pay for my classes since I can't get my grant. After MANY phone calls and emails, I was finally able to receive a call back from someone at the financial aid office. She was VERY rude, and every time I tried to call her back I couldn't get ahold of her. To this day, I still have not been able to actually converse over the phone with her. She wouldn't answer my questions either; just told me the same unhelpful things everyone else did.
The professors are either very good, or very bad. There is no in-between. I have had such a difficult time at this college that I am actually changing my major (from something I am VERlY passionate about) so I can attend EOU.
The layout of the online classes is also very inconvenient. Overall, I don't recommend going to this college unless you're going to attend in-person, plan on paying your expenses out-of-pocket, and don't mind dealing with rude people.
