I initially called GenzRyan for my water softener. It had stopped working and was collecting water in the over flow. Bill came out and was very thorough in his diagnosis of the issue. I ended up getting a new water softener unit from them which they cover for up to 3 years. My old one was only covered for a year and died just after that time had lapsed.
Bill was friendly and clean. He also helped teach me to program it myself while he walked me through the steps. I'm confident this one will last longer than my whirlpool junker!! Thank you Bill and to the GenzRyan team!
