I live in Columbus, OH and purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte without visiting the dealership or seeing the car in person. I cold called one of the salespeople, Darius, who was wonderful to work with. Extremely professional, helpful, and thorough. He and the business manager, Pat, made purchasing a car from out of state very easy. It was such a positive experience I'll stop in to say hello next time I'm in Charlotte.
