Hi Tracy. Writing this review as a response to your last reply to Shiva Shankara's review. I am his wife who never received a copy of my receipt, please check your sent items to see whether you typed my email address correctly.

There is no way you had to repeat this request to keep the mask on mouth and nose three times , you made that up. You told me once and I put it on right away. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES - NO EXCEPTIONS- I failed to see that sign on your door and I am sorry about that. I had my face-shield on when I entered your store, after hearing your request, I did put on my mask, there was no need to be so paranoid and still remain 6 feet apart. The rules from the World Health Organization is- a person either needs to wear a mask OR distance 6-feet not wear a mask AND 6-feet. No hard feelings, if you want customers to follow the rules then you should get to know the rules yourself first.

If you don't want customers sitting down in your store I suggest removing the chair that is right in front of the cash area, please. I sat because I lost my interest to shop after your unwelcoming behavior and attitude even though my partner was still looking for a few essential items that he intended to buy from your store. We were not there for 44 minutes. More like 25-30. Again, we were not aware that we had to finish our shopping including checking out (which was rushed as well) within 10 minutes until you mentioned it to us right before we were about to leave.

You can either stay open and serve your customers properly and take this feedback and use it to improve your customer service or you can blame your customers who are paying you to stay open. The restrictions weren't stressful, you were projecting your own stress onto others that's how it felt like. I see why you keep receiving so many negative reviews on terrible customer service, with or without the pandemic. Let's be honest.
