Scheduled an appointment online for maintenance. Showed up a a couple minutes early. Mike Torres took my info, got me situated and my car was taken back to the garage right on schedule. Mr Torres told me the approximate time it would take and he was dead on. I like that.

Im just so used to double bookings and such at drs offices and being seen 30 mins after appt time. This was a welcome change.
