If there is a service advisor award I would recommend Josh and if I could give higher than 10, he would get that as well. This is by no means an over-exaggeration. Josh took a hard problem that took numerous visits to solve and patiently kept looking for the cause. I have complete confidence in BMW of Sterling and BMW in general and you can definitely attribute that to Josh! Two of the service managers personally looked into this problem over a weekend. Sounds like good service accross the organization.
