Don't respond to emails or complaints. It's been over a month since I asked them about a reminder. (They threatened me with extra charges if I didn't pay within 2 days) At this point I'm starting to think they scam people.
I would not recommend ever using this company if you're trying to get money from defaulters. And if you ever get a written reminder from them, do not pay it.
