DB is ALWAYS EQUAL. Fraud with the credit card was quickly resolved by Worldline but the ELLENDE with DB keeps dragging on. I can't get my thousands of euros back. My entire current account and even below zero was cleared by fraudsters. DB has my money but I could only recover them by spending with my Mastercard .....?!?! The arrogance in which the customer is ALWAYS wrong was crowned with a letter that I have to clear my bill because I am in the red! How could that be? No one has ever used the word "apologize" or "sorry" .... you are sent from the cupboard to the wall and THEY are always right, even if they are wrong on your money.
