They are not an authorized Medicare supply company. They lied to me and told me I could purchase my crutches from them and send the receipt into Medicare to get a reimbursement. That is 100% not true. Luckily, I called Medicare before doing so and Medicare said that if I would ve purchased the crutches and sent him the receipt they would ve not sent me any reimbursement because Black Oak is not authorized to sell Medicare equipment.
