I went to see a physician about an issue who sent me for scans but the list of scans was incomplete. 3 weeks later, I am still waiting to hear from the doctor about the results. On the day, they did offer to give me a cortisone injection based on the fact that they didn't actually know what was wrong Surely after all we know about cortisone injections and the small success rate it has - with more reports of it doing more harm than good - this shouldn't actually be the failsafe, fallback solution when not actually know what's going on?
