The employees for Marshall are very kind and professional. They arrived in a timely fashion and were able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes of arriving for the appoint.

The technician was able to offer several different options for fixing the problem in several different price ranges.

A few days after the initial fix of my unit we had another problem with the unit unrelated to the initial problem. Unfortunately this issue happened to be on the weekend which would normally have been an emergency call out. The customer service was fantastic and I received a call back almost immediately and was not charged for the service call.
