0 stars from me. UHEAA has terrible customer service. Been hung up on 3 times. One kid acted frustrated when I called back (after being put on hold 15 minutes where he then hung up on me and it was now 4:45) close to the time he was supposed to be going home. Kept saying "I don't know " to my questions and says "I would ask a supervisor but I'm supposed to be getting off soon". Well excuse me for asking you to do your job where you get paid! Since when are customers put last at a CUSTOMER SERVICE job?? Can't find answers to questions anywhere and can't find anyone competent or knowledgeable to talk to. Every person who has tried answering my questions has given me a different answer, then sounded offended when I asked if they had a manager or someone I could talk to (no one ever sent me to talk to someone higher up who might know what they're talking about). I am seriously so frustrated that I am at a dead end and have no idea where to find my answers. If I had known it would be this way, I would have never accepted my loan/scholarship thing that I am now trying to work through with them. Came back to bite me in the butt.
